Avon place is deplorable! I moved here in March! No one has come to fix any issues I’ve had w apartment! EVER! No one working on maintenance! No one answers phones in office! I’ve tried to call many many times! One building always without hot water! My building has had Sewer running into 2 Apts from above! Deplorable and despicable are the best words to describe Avon place! Don’t MOVE HERE!
