Avon Park is in a very nice area, however, there is no on-site manager and the manager assigned to the complex has a nasty attitude. Maintenance is poor, to get the maintenance staff to do anything is like pulling teeth.Parking is horrendous. Although every unit has an attached garage, the designers did not take into account the fact that the residents will have visitors from time to time.
