Management fixes nothing. Do not move here. Rent goes up every year and they do nothing for us. Water has been off and on for weeks. They do not tell us about outages before hand. Told us our water was safe to drink then two days later said it was not safe to drink as they failed water inspection. I have had diarrhea and vomiting for over 13 hour. No-one cares in here. A family member signed his contract to move into a brand new trailer this past May and still hasn’t been able to gain occupancy. In 8 weeks, we’ve been given the runaround and it’s incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
This is the nicest Senior Park in Oakland County!!! The New management has cleaned up the park and I'm THRILLED for my friends and family who reside here! � Thanks to Kelly and her staff for help with all the resources and assistance! The new Community House is great!
We LOVE Avon on the Lake!!! It is a very calm and serene place to live. The staff especially Kelly and Collette are the absolute best!!! We are thrilled with our choice to live here....we are never leaving !!!!
