Established in 1954, but recently underwent a complete renovation, this family owned & operated motel has provided guests with quality lodging at affordable rates. Recommendednothing fancy but we love it. Good location, a short walk over the dune to the beach. Places to eat at near by. Plenty of shops. we got the room with two beds and a fold out couch. one of the beds is in a separate bed room. bathroom is really big. would book again.

This weekend we stayed at the Avon Motel for the first time. Staff was super friendly and loved that they had a 3 bed, 2 bedroom rental big enough for our family of 5. Great price, clean rooms, walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and once on the beach you are only a short walk to the pier. We’ll be back!

Small but clean and close to the beach!!!
We stayed here in July of 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed every minute in Avon! Loved the beach access and not crowded at all. We'll definitely be returning.
