Been refused my medication for my mental health because apparently i owe $99 i have never been informed by email,mail or txt or even in person when i have been into the surgery. Most of my appointments get cancelled. I even paid in cash $20 and receptionist said i don't have any change so you will be in credit of 50 cents. Oh and never answer their phone.

Great doctors and nurses, but when I ring up to make a appointment I waited for 20 mins for some one to answer the call, next mint I got hang up on, so rang them again, still waiting it’s been ten mins,

It's an ok practise. But, no continuity of care, it's a Pic & mix. Very lucky if you get to see the same practitioner. I have been incredibly lucky my care has been of the upmost highest level of care & respect. However, my family member has not had the same benefits as myself. My only gripe is the cost maybe because it's a PHO good practice for those who need care on call. Some my prefer one to one & continuity.

Great staff…from the receptionists through to the nurses and the doctors. Caring, kind group of people. Thank you for looking after me.
