I've been coming to Dr. De La Rosa for 10 years and have had excellent care. I never have to wait for my cleaning appointment, they are always on time. Dr. De La Rosa is very easy to talk to and has given me excellent care.
I had such a wonderful experience at Dr.DeLaRosa's office. I had a same day crown done and it was such a pleasant experience. I got my crown that same day and it felt and looked great. My daughter also got her Invisalign braces done there. She was embarrassed of how her teeth looked and now she can't stop smiling. I recommend bringing your family here!
Avon Family Dentistry is a wonderful office with a very friendly staff that doesn't overbook, so you never have to wait for treatment! Dr. De La Rosa is the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. De La Rosa is very skillful and always explains what she is doing very well. I have found her hygienist and assistants to all be very kind, skillful and detailed in all they do. I definitely recommend Avon Family Dentistry for your dental needs!
Dr. De La Rosa is without a doubt one of the best dentists around! Her office is beautiful, the wait time is short, and her dental work is outstanding. She always takes time to explain procedures and really wants what is best for myself and the rest of her patients. She is extremely kind, professional, and skillful.
Love my dentist! Have been a patient of Dr. De La Rosa's since she started her practice ( > 20 years ago). Dr. De La Rosa is thorough and she always takes time to explain any procedures that I've needed. Staff are very friendly and professional. Most of them have been with her for many years--which I appreciate.
Do not let this place fool you, as it did me, when they advise that they take Delta Dental. They are considered out of network if you have a PPO plan and will not tell you this even if you ask! I will never go back as I feel that they lied to me and then when I called back to address the issue they said nothing we can do.....I will be telling everyone I know about what happened to me at Avon Family Dentistry and about the awful customer service there.
