I just called to make an appointment for my family when our insurance changed, when I looked up local optometrists covered I called the first couple and they didn’t answer or get back to me, so I decided to call Avon Eye Design. JD answered the phone and was extremely friendly and booked me and my three daughters all on the same day only a month away. I haven’t gone yet and will update but so far just speaking to JD was a pleasure
Today was my first visit. Dr Novak and his team are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Fantastic office:) Looking forward to my new glasses!
Dr Bader and her team were wonderful! Recently had cataracts removed and had glasses from another vendor. After 3 returns and attempted fixes those glasses and the rx were never right from another vendor. After fighting with those glasses for months I got an appointment with Dr. Bader. She immediately recognized that my rx to see close was off. The team there were very kind, professional and knowledgeable.
