Toured with Wendy G. and she was AMAZING! Very detailed, kind, and went above and beyond showing me around. Apartments were nice and well kept.
Been here for a few years and pay way more than what these apartments are worth. Basically paying to say I live in Avon. Just got done waiting over two weeks for maintenance to fix my stove. Their excuse was “they didn’t have a key to come in to the apartment in case we were gone”, even though me or my SO are always there. Idk how they don’t have a third key in office for this kind of situation but I also don’t know why they never reached out to me weeks ago they had that issue so it could’ve been resolved then.
