I love these people and their company. They are prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable; my whole family has used them to carpet their homes and put in flooring. Their carpets are beautiful. I recently had a rain leak in a window that ran down into the carpet. They came immediately and got it up and drying. Very reassuring. They do small And very large homes. I get an annual cleaning for a reasonable price. Wade
Avon Carpet Cleaning made it to my house in freezing conditions. Thank you for that. They worked fast. My favorite part is that they were able to re-strech some carpet during the same appointment for a good price. I recommend Avon CC.
Was quoted one price and paid another. Check was written to him personally. Dumped dirty water in my bathtub and stained my bath mat. Did not clean all areas that I paid for. I would not reccommend his service.
Hired them to clean a living room and a hall. No. 1 They did not clean it very well, No. 2 My carpet was wet for 4 days and smells now, No. 3 They dumped trash on the side of my house, No. 3 They dumped their dirty water tank on the side of my house which is illegal. They made no attempt to fix the problem. There are a ton of carpet cleaners out there save yourself the hassle hire someone else
