Very shady company. Was hired to review a diminished value claim on my car. Stated that he would wait to see if the accident shows up on my Carfax report before deciding.... Would not give straight answers. Hung up on me 2 times when I questioned his answers. He said his name was David, his receptionist stated his name was Harry, when I asked him about his name he brushed it off. STAY FAR, FAR, FAR away from this company or at least the David/Harry gentleman. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.
