They have AI answering their phone but they don't check the messages that are left on it. They sold the car we went to see on Saturday on Friday night at 6:30. We drove 3 hours in heavy duty. This company LIED about all of the work they claimed to have done before selling us the car. During the sale they said they needed an extra week to fix the motor mounts, now our mechanic says this work has never been done and it still needs a new motor mount. They said it had new tires, it did not. They said they changed the oil, they had not, the oil was pitch black, and now it needs engine work. They said they put new tires on it, they did not.
