They do not follow through with their customers! They are NOT in their store most of the time, so it's almost impossible to catch up with them since they ignore most of their calls/texts/emails from their customers. Find a different reconditioned appliance store who stands by their customers.
I wouldn't recommend them to lace my shoes. first of all they charged me 69.99 for service which they charged my card before the service was rendered. My daughter was home at the time and he use a phone to intrepid the conversation.which is ok but she said he was in there for a minute made a prognosis and told her he would call me with the problem and the cost the repair but I never got a call back no I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy..
No happy sent guy who COULDN'T speak English then wanted to charge me for something come to find out my freezer was over packed the the airflow was cut off. I fixed problem my self now freezer blows fine I saved myself $800 .... These guys are rip off HVAC guys outta Chicago not even in Avon poor customer service
