I stayed at their property "Tides" at Folly Beach SC. The folks working there were great, but they were renovating rooms above us and they started using a jack hammer at 8:30. WHY!!! It was brutal.
Tides Folly Beach is one of your properties. I can’t brag enough on your staff and the location, BUT for what you charge a night, we shouldn’t have to be having someone come kill a giant ROACH or not want to take a shower in the bathroom. The rooms desperately need updating and thorough DEEP cleaning. I’ve stayed in $100 a night hotels far superior to this $500 a night establishment. You have an amazing location, restaurant, bar, etc. Make the room experience on par with those. Don’t be cheap asses.
My working here was beyond enjoyable the staff I worked with was like sisters...miss them!
