Same experience as other reviewers...experienced sagging within 36 months. Denied warranty claim, regardless of pictures due to what they stated was a foundation outside their specifications. Completely unrelated. Incredibly disappointing.
I waited weeks for a duvet and cover from Avocado. When it finally arrived, the cover was torn in multiple places after one gentle wash. Masie S., their "Customer Experience Assistant Manager", offered me a vague “priority remake”—aka more waiting—and no accountability. For a company that sells “luxury” and “sustainability,” they’re shockingly careless with quality and customer experience. Extremely disappointed and would never purchase again.
Haven't bought mattress yet, but live chat with Hanaa was most informative and efficient I've ever had so this is my first ever Google review of a chat or maybe of any business on Google. Hanaa's replies were detailed and comprehensive, the polar opposite of frustrating 45 min. wasted few weeks ago with Anthem BCBS live chat. Non-live AI bots are the worst since they assume nobody has looked at website and can only answer FAQ. AI is a long way off from producing replicants!
So I'm looking for a mattress topper and my call happened to be answered by a Ms. Katie Cardenas at their Hoboken, NJ location. Wow! I wish all companies had someone in sales as nice and as informative as Katie was. 5 Stars!
