Visited the store at 11:30 on a Monday and the store was closed. The web site and all searches say they are open at 10:00. I drove 5 hours to go to this store. Big yuk!!
My salesman was Christopher. He first looked up my previous order so I would know just what to order. Then he helped me decide on which end table to buy with the Mid Century Bed frame I chose. He was very patient with me as I had to measure my current end table and then think about my decision! I finished the order and then had to ask him to call me back on Monday when I had had the opportunity to check with my community center to find out just what they would be willing to take of my old furniture. A Company worth praising for honoring their recall promises and not hiding their locations as some companies do.
Purchased quite a few avocado products a twin bed, crib bed, mattress covers, fitted sheets, pillow and pillow cases. All the products worked well. I purchased pillow cases in advance in anticipation of using toddler pillow for my son. Well I had finally opened up the package and after the first wash following the instructions on the label. The seam opened on one of the pillow cases. I reached out to customer service and was told since they only cover a year they couldn’t help me. Customer service is horrible. We ordered 12 sets of sheets, they only delivered 8 sets, one was the wrong size. We asked for them to simply send us replacements which they then asked for photos of the products (we never got). 30 days later of arguing, they still didn’t provide any help. We filed a dispute with Amex, they fought that tooth and nail. And now we’re out $570 them messing up the delivery. For this premium of a product, they certainly failed.
