Did not deliver on the same day like I requested/paid for - I only knew because the following evening I followed up with the recipient who had not received anything & emailed the flower business to follow up. Never received a response to my email, but flowers were delivered about an hour or so after my email by by the lady who runs the business - could be a coincidence, but more likely that my order was just forgotten about.
