I am far from a Vegan. But I enjoy mixing it up and eating healthy from time to time. The Kimchi spring rolls are amazing! I even enjoyed an Avocado margarita. I know it sounds strange. But it works. Living in Maryland this makes for a fun place to go when visiting Nashville. Step out of your comfort zone and give it a try. This meat eater gives it a thumbs up! Oh! And save room for dessert!
This is the best thing about food I've experienced in a long time. There are moments in life that make such an impression they literally change the course of one's perception. Avo has done this with vegan cuisine for me. It is an absolute necessity to try this place vegan or just curious about amazing food.
Avo is pretty freaking amazing! While I'm certainly a carnivore I definitely appreciate vegan and vegetarian options. On separate occasions I've had the lentil burger, pad Thai, portobello burger, roasted potatoes, kimchi spring rolls, watermelon gazpacho, and tonight the raw zucchini pasta. Dylan did a great job in his recommendations. The raw vegan PadThai was as delicious as the vegan blueberry mango cheesecake. The fresh local fare is prepared as tasty as it is beautiful. We loved the outdoor seating & the service. It was a calm relaxed atmosphere that we'll definitely return to when in Nashville. Highly recommend!!!
