I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The appointment felt very rushed, and I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The doctor quickly prescribed the same treatment I had used before without discussing alternatives or explaining the plan clearly. I also asked about a prescription cream, but I felt that my request wasn’t really considered or addressed.
