Very poor service
I've never had a worse insurance plan and never encountered a more difficult company to work with.
Big mistake to switch from florida blue. Web portal is terrible and requires frequent password changes and full of glitches. I cant login to my account now and not worth the hassle of calling. I can't understand how this company claims it tops customer satisfaction surveys. Back to florida blue for me next year. Cant come soon enough.
