Had a trunk emergency, found AVM online, called Mike out of the blue, asking if he would do a Quick check of why my trunk wasn’t opening. He said he was busy, but he would take a look if I brought it in. I drove there, In 10 minutes, he found the problem and fixed it, No charge. Good guy
I'm so glad I found this place. My son bought an older, high mileage Audi and while I have some experience fixing cars in general, Audi makes things a bit more complicated and I don't have the tools for some of the big jobs anyhow. Mike took the time to kick around some ideas with me to properly diagnose the problem and then worked on it to fix it as well. The price of the repairs also beat out a couple of other places that I had called. We will definitely be back.
Mike has been my go to guy for years when it comes to my Audi’s and he’s always done great work with fair pricing.
Mike is professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do, gave me options, and had the suv repair finished earlier than I expected. Very pleased with the work that was done, the price, and the way the owner talks to his customers. I highly recommend AVM.
I should’ve written this review a year ago, Mike’s a great guy and found a way to fix a cracked engine block mount on my Audi 2.0T B8.5. The fix has held for more than a year and the car’s been doing great. I recently had an issue with a low oil pressure issue at idle and called Mike. He reminded me to check for vacuum leaks (yes, vacuum leaks for oil pressure). Turns out he remotely diagnosed a bad seal on a dipstick I added later on, and now my car’s working just fine.
