They are very quick and helpful to whatever you need. Would definitely recommend to musicians or any one looking for high quality gear. We came in looking for a TS410 powered speaker and they had everything we needed.

I bought an item for $110. Thank god I bought it on Reverb because after doing research it seems that they don't like to refund. They never sent me the item. Didn't even create a shipping label. 2 weeks later, I contacted twice and no response for days. I decided to request a refund and nothing happened. So I contacted Reverb and thank god they were able to help me. AVLGear said it was "lost in shipping" but a shipping label was never created, and always said awaiting shipment.
