Last September, AVL Roofing removed the old paper and reinstalled new paper and the tiles while replacing some that were broken. The roofers were professional and courteous. The roof was tested during the recent heavy rains. It passed with flying colors!! Yesterday, I emailed Vincent Leone about a downspout that disengaged during the heavy rains in either March or April.
