I am no stranger to art nouvelle cuisine or fine dining. I've been a patron at almost all of Atlanta's upscale dining establishments. Avize was a disappointment. The night started with a 6:45 reservation on a Saturday. The dining room was maybe half full, which started to ring alarm bells already. First date and first time here. Food was amazing as was the staff. Atmosphere is perfect.

A disappointment ‘Soup to Nuts.’ Service - the restaurant was empty with at its peak less than half of the tables were seated. Servers hovered around the station making it awkward to have privacy. Your full order is taken at the beginning to properly course each dish, though it proved not to matter for our service.
