Dry socket and root chunk left in my jaw in June after an hour fight, and filling December 24th was rushed and ignored while dentist did 4 walkin appointments eventhough I was the only scheduled appointment still in pain due to high filling that sealed in decay because he didn't have time. Never had a worse dental experience in my life and I've had 5 oral surgeries and braces for 2 years.
I'm still not super impressed with this office. Today they tried to pull the wrong tooth. I'm glad I spoke up. Hopefully communication will get easier. Staff is really friendly and seems caring, just a lot of unnecessary waiting and prolonged care. Finally 5+ mos later my tooth is out. I feel like this was a lot of drama and pain for a tooth I asked to have pulled the very first appointment. Dr. Robert Heist literally saved my life. I was in the worst pain I have ever felt and I had called EVERY SINGLE dental office in town only to be told sorry, we can't help and are not talking emergency appointments. I was about to give up hope when last second I saw that Aviva also had dental offices. They got me in same day, took my private insurance and completed my treatment. Was seen in this office today and I was more than impressed. I want to thank all the staff that helped me today. You guys went above and beyond. I can't thank you enough. If you have a dental emergency or just general dentistry these are the people to see.
