Secretary didn't explain instructions, than they bark orders like you should have known the whole process, then reject tou anyways. Nothing like pleading for help to wait for someone to talk down to you and tell you after the wait and pleading she doesn't care. It's not worth her time but have fun finding someone while your about to be jobless and homeless from your neurology issues.

The service at aviva (dr.Bibr) is less than sub-par. It’s true that reception does not return your calls, you must persist. And when you do get to see the Dr., hopefully you have something exciting requiring surgery or pregnancy otherwise it feels like you’re a number with below adequate service. I’m sure she great if you need urgent care but find another dr if you’re time is valuable.
