I lived at Aviva for about four years, and overall, my experience was fantastic! The complex is located in a safe neighborhood close by to several schools and golf courses. As a military member, my daily commute to and from the base was always under 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. Morgan took the time to show me every single unit and every corner of the property — she didn't rush through anything and made sure I saw everything the community has to offer. I am deeply disappointed and completely exhausted by the living conditions at this apartment complex. We have been living here for just four months with our two-year-old daughter, and it has been an absolute nightmare. This complex is incredibly misleading; what they charge in rent does not remotely align with the actual standard of living provided.
