Norma was extremely kind, and welcoming! My husband and I felt very comfortable when touring the property with her. She was answering all of our questions, and provided us with the information we were looking for! AVIVA Goodyear is great!
I’m really disappointed with my experience living here. There is a constant smell of marijuana throughout the building on a daily basis, which makes it uncomfortable to be in my own home. On top of that, there are ongoing issues with neighbors playing loud music, especially on weekends, often late into the night. I’ve made multiple reports to both security and management, but unfortunately nothing has been done to resolve these problems.
