I’ve been a resident at Aviva Goodyear Apartment’s for nearly 3 years. I absolutely love the amenities, design, location, creativity, courtesy of the Aviva Goodyear Property and Management Staff. The Office and Maintenance Staff here go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of promptly. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable Staff and they let you know that they will help you with everything to make your stay here a great community experience. Thanks to the assistance manager of this community Justin Mattison, I had an amazing experience while touring this apartment. I've rented in several states, but this was by far the most thorough and pleasant tour I've ever had. The agent was incredibly patient, answered every question, and made us feel truly valued. His professionalism and care genuinely made us want to choose this apartment. A top-tier experience!
I loved this place at 1st sight. I loved it after I moved in. I loved it even though I had the worst experience with the neighbors for a year. I loved it when I transitioned to a new unit in the complex due to the above issues mentioned and had immediate issues with the new unit with the appliances, cleaning, bugs, and paint. Me and my wife moved in about a month ago had a small issue with light switch we called maintenance and it was unbelievably fast I love this place so much and highly recommend people to move in as well
