Aviva’s claims process lacks transparency and fairness. The investigation of my claim was handled without considering all the facts or evidence I provided, and communication was inconsistent and dismissive. It felt like decisions were made by policy rather than common sense or compassion. Seeing Aviva’s low BBB rating and multiple unresolved complaints, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. Customers deserve better communication, empathy, and accountability from an insurance company that promotes trust.

One of the worst company in Insurance industry… my brother moved from the address and instead of transferring her insurance to different city the agent stated that it will take 2 to 4 weeks as that is a different department who takes care of that.. My brother called the general line and they stated that they do not have record as their system does not allow them to review the policies of individuals and only specific agents have access.
