I strongly recommend reading the contract carefully before signing with this company. In my experience, the terms were misleading and not clearly explained. After only a couple of months, I decided to move my car insurance elsewhere.
Would not purchase from Aviva, their customer service isn’t great. My home insurance policy never showed up on my online dashboard and their customer service still hasn’t fixed it yet, even though I purchased insurance in February. I have no idea why it would take this long and now they are radio silent when I follow up, would recommend other insurers over Aviva
Worst insurance company around, they don't even desire a one rating from me. I decided not to renew with this company a few weeks ago and they didn't cancel my policy and took a payments for April and May because they work one month in advance and because I they didn't cancel my policy when I told them too and I called to see why they are still taking money out of my account I have now been charged a cancellation fee. We are nearly paying almost 200$ plus for the insurance. You guys have been very expensive.
