Unacceptable Claims Experience – Ongoing Since December 2024 I am extremely disappointed with how Aviva Insurance Canada has handled our water damage claim (Date of Loss: Dec 30, 2024). Lisa Robinson is the most incompetent, rude, and condescending human i have ever spoke to in my entire life. She has absolutely no idea the difference between her backside and her head.
