Terrible Experience with Aviva insurance company – please Stay Away from this Insurance! If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst to deal with. Stay away!
I have RBC insurance and this is my worst decision to get RBC auto insurance. I had td insurance before and I never faced problems in TD. But when I got this auto insurance I suffered from frustration, tensions. Firstly gave claim number after no one reply email and answer calls. I called a lot of time to adjuster and and sent dozens of emails to adjusting team but no one answered., I don’t know what they do and what they want.
It has been nothing short of a horrendous experience with this company. They are extremely unprofessional, their adjusters lack basic courtesy of replying back, picking up the calls or replying to the voicemail. Their appraiser asked me to leave the car for strip down to give the estimate, and asked me to get the rental, first they took about 5 days to authorise the rental that I already picked up after the initial conversation and there was a total lack of communication.
