One the worst Insurance companies, been their loyal member for last few years. My car was stolen right from my driveway with everything recorded in video footage. They took 10 months to investigate my claim and denied with no explanation. When I am asking for reasoning now they are not telling anything. I paid all my premiums of time, not sure what’s the purpose of having insurance from their viewpoint if they don’t want to pay you out when you need. Don’t go with them!

Extremely disappointing claims experience. What started as a simple water damage claim turned into months of delays, poor communication, and unresolved issues. The contractor assigned through Aviva did not restore our kitchen to its pre-loss condition, and the final workmanship was visibly mismatched. I am very disappointed with their service. I got accident on 18th December and back bumper of car got damaged i am not at fault its more than a month now but my car is still at towing centre and they don’t respond on time I am sending mails to them daily to move my car to repair shop and complete this process but they are doing nothing I don’t know how many days more they will take.👎
