Gabriel on the maintenance team was fantastic. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot my dishwasher and didn’t stop until it was completely fixed. Really impressed with the effort and attention to detail.
Aviva is wonderful, the amenities are amazing and Stacy, Berna and Alexia make this community wonderful with the game nights and s'more's, so I can meet my neighbors and make new friends!
I’ve only been here a few days, and I’m already loving it! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the resort-style community makes it such a pleasure to call this place home. Berna was amazing throughout the application process and made everything smooth and stress-free—she’s been so kind and welcoming since the day I met her. The staff overall has been very friendly, and I’m really excited to see what this year brings living here at Aviva
