Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. I have been insured my whole life with different insurance companies and never had the bad experiences like I had with Aviva. At the beginning they will charge you three months in advance (all insurance companies ask for first and last, two months). If you complain about the way the do businesses, they will treat you with a report to the credit bureau if you don’t pay exactly as they said. Having been insured with you for 19 years I’m so disappointed in having insurance and paying what we do to not be able to put in 2 claims, one not our fault and the other and another with a loss of a stone from a ring. How they immediately gave us notice how they will no longer cover us. For covering only $15,000 worth of loss and us having to pay the difference. I would never recommend using this company
I do not make a habit of posting reviews but I felt in this case it was warranted. I have only been with Aviva for 3 years and unfortunately had to put in a claim. the damage was quite extensive and was unsure if the claim would be approved. My claim advisor Tammy Handley, reached out to me in prompt fashion. In just over a week my claim was settled. NO stress and what a pleasure to have this accident over with in such short order.
