The necklace came so fast and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. The gold color and feel was spectacular, and the chain length and look was amazing as well. I got it as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend and she loved it! Will be buying from here again in the future with satisfaction and confidence.

So happy/delighted I stumbled upon this Ballard shop - they have the most gorgeous earrings I've ever seen (no exaggeration), and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I bought three pairs and will be back.

Great selection and fantastic customer service! I bought some earrings but couldn’t find them in my bag when I got home. Thinking I might have dropped them in store as I left, I called to ask if anyone had found them. The very lovely Lucia answered and even checked the security footage to see that I had put them in my pocket before leaving. Thank you, Lucia! Great jewelry- go support an awesome business!

Pretty rings and forever bracelets/anklets! Owner is very kind and responsive. She repaired my anklet and bracelet after I was very clumsy with them and they broke off. 10/10 recommend :)
