This place has been great! I would like to first start out by saying if you think you are going to walk into here or any legit pain management place and not have to take a drug test you are sadly mistaken. This is not only for their knowledge of what you are taking but they are required by law to follow procedures. I've been in severe pain for the past 4 months due to degenerative disc disease and they want to drug test their people and give antidepressants instead of actually prescribing something for severe pain. They don't want to touch my back but they wanna inject an epidural in my leg instead of actually fixing my back!!!!!
I had a referral to here July 30,2021 and have yet to hear from them..I called August 2 to ask and they said we will call you...well this is August 16 and still no call..This is UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm not waiting and looking elsewhere..
My husband was recommended here, they did NOTHING! he's a diabetic and they know this, he NEVER seen the doctor just the nurse practitioner, they sent him through physical therapy which built muscle but didn't take the PAIN away! He's a DIABETIC and they wanted to give him SHOTS in his back, which he already had an infection before that might have been from the shots he had in the past. This is supposed to be for pain and they did NOTHING!- Still in pain after finishing physical therapy and never saw the DOCTOR!
