Both Crestline and Galion schools are closed today due to weather. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment. I was told to arrive at 8:30 to fill out new patient paperwork. I arrived at 8:40 due to inclement weather and having to follow a snow plow. There was no indication that there was an issue with my arrival time when I checked in. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sharma for years, and I can honestly say that he and his team are the best in their field. They never disappoint, never let you leave in pain, and never let you leave without answers. I was taken back shortly after I arrived. The room was extremely cold!! A nurse came and asked me to take my top off and put on a gown. She took my vitals and then brought me a warm blanket. She said someone would come and get me after they finished with lunch!!! I stayed in that cold room by myself for about 25 minutes!!!
