1 hr MRI visit took 4. Two different hospitals. Machines not working. Staff focused on appointments after me and using wrong device for body part getting scanned. Scheduling appointment was worse. Staff not truthful and gave me wrong information. Usually have excellent care and service. What happened??

I waited 7 months to leave a review because I wanted to make sure I wasn't being hormonal or whatever. But I was told I would have a button for the epidural, they didnt have them. The night shift nurses didnt advocate for me at all and they gaslit me saying i wasn't feeling pain. I needed another dose of epidural and I didnt get it. I ended up giving birth and tore 3 degrees sideways with no epidural. Im still very upset about the experience. Because I wasn't screaming out in pain and dramatic they didnt believe me.
