I have been here 3 times. Once with my parents at 16, 2nd time around 2020, and finally back at it after moving back to GA. They are truly amazing and I have been there a year already and it's crazy how I'm finally getting the help I need. Dr. C is truly amazing and I adore him. And my therapist Andrea is outstanding. Even my caseworker Jessica goes above and beyond to help me with where I need to go and get done. Amazing place and always will be.
I believe text reminders would have a higher response & be more convenient! I am still with Avita because of Sabrina. She has literally saved my life by helping me learn the tools to get a grip on my mental health. She truly cares and goes above & beyond to make sure you embrace the knowledge you need for yourself, whatever that may be in your life. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this place! They have canceled my appointments the last 5 weeks, I have not heard from anyone and the receptionist told a relative of mine for me to call up there (they are sharing private information, what if I did not want them to know I was seeing a counselor)! They can’t keep help and the help they have don’t honor the schedule 95% of the time! I’m going to call the head office!
