Really enjoy living here. Neighbors are very friendly, no hostility between each other. Carol the manager here is very reasonable and the maintenance team here is super responsive. It’s a pretty small community so parking is always available. Love being right next to a grocery store for the super convenience. AND, the AC actually works here! I been here 6 months and haven’t seen a single roach or pest or anything, I came from a place that had constant break ins and robberies, over here I can sleep like a baby.
Lights turn off once a month and they don’t fix lots of things. So if u live here unit 5 and 6s transformer go out once a a month and we are left w a sorry i dont know when, also to add on, all the surrounding apartments including us, get our mailboxes busted open its not the apts fault obviously, but having all our personal mail and packages stolen is a problem here so we pick it up from the office, they have tried to fix it multiple times but ppl keep busting it open like all of them.
