I was referred to this facility by my physician for an arm injury. The woman who spoke to me spent more time discouraging me to go to them for therapy strictly because I was on medicaid and yet they accepted medicaid patients. I mean she stated 3 times that they had a special list for medicaid patients and that medicaid patients had a lower priority over other patients.
