My friend lives here. He is constantly complaining how neglected he is; missed appointments, when they promise they will get him there no matter what. Running out of medications when they state that being responsible for the patients meds is their responsibility, poor food choices for renal patients, etc.

and they do not take care of the residents there as far as I'm concerned my husband was there and they almost tore his thumb off ended up with 18 stitches inside and out I wouldn't recommend this for my dogs especially the Alzheimer's section. You supposed to be in somebody's supposed to be in the room monitoring those people people in there as they walk around Winder and try to find something and then they punch another Resident or trip another Resident or whatever there's nobody in there most of the time this place sucks.

I was a resident here. I do not recommend it. Even though I need assisted living, I had to do almost everything myself. I could not get help when I needed it. I liked the activities and the other residents, but that could not make up for lacking assistance with my daily needs like making the bed, access to enough drinking water, extra help getting dressed when I was sick. I never knew who I was supposed to talk to when I had a problem. I never met the supervisors or the staff who were in charge. I don't think they cared abou... read more

I moved my mother to another facility. She was neglected here, which contributed to an extended hospitalization. Private message me if you’re considering placing your loved one here; I can provide you with some unsettling facts. Please, go somewhere else, you’re loved one deserves better! The mantra here is ‘minimal service’.

Great employees and great people live and work at this community. The management and ownership are local to Arizona and care deeply about the residents and employees who live and work in the community. It's a great place that is continually getting better.
