This place is a joke. Roaches and bed bugs in resident rooms. Some of the residents are nice but the majority of them disrespect you and even throw hot coffee on employees, yet they get to stay in the building because of census and the owner & VP of operations want numbers. They do not care about their residents at all, it’s really is a shame.
Business response:
Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. We love our residents and want nothing but the best for them. It sounds like you have some specific complaints that I didn't know about, would you be willing to give us more detail so we can get to the bottom of any issues you have found? Our number is 602-892-8788, we'd love to hear from you and work through your frustrations. Thanks, Carsten
my mom is supposed to get two regular showers every week not happening. Over the last 2 months 1 a month. Can barely deliver service with food (which sucks) look I know its definitely a difficult time with covid but I need to take care of my mom which you arent!!! and you r getting paid cause the state is paying you which makes all this worse. #family
Avista Senior Living is a beautiful and clean facility. Both the staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. Employees here genuinely care for their residents.
My Grandpa has lived here for over a year now. He is 93 years old and doing well. He loves the food, other residents and spending time outdoors. Thank you to Ami and the entire team at Avista North Mountain.
I used to visit my grandma quiet often before this Coronavirus issue and I noticed many wonderful things about Avista. The biggest thing for my family is to know that my grandma is happy and feel safe. The staff is super caring and kind. Thank you everyone at Avista!
Everyone here is friendly, attentive, and helpful. My aunt stayed at Avista and had no complaints.
Beautiful place ! And staff is great 👍🏼
My sister is wheele chair and bed bound - tonight I came into her room and found it like this - wet towels and dirty diapers on the floor . I understand if she did it but no way she left this here. She can’t get up alone ! They staff did this This is not the first time either. Appointment for drs don’t get made as planned . No answer from staff at times about things .
Too many problems with meds not being ordered or missing, food was really bad. Complaints don’t go anyplace because staff seems to all be related and no one seems to know what to do in medical emergencies and emergency exits always blocked.
Avista Senior Living has a 3.7 star rating with 26 reviews.
Avista Senior Living is open now. It will close at 5:00 p.m.
