Absolutely useless. Sent two requests to set up a showing for a house literally 1 day after it was on the market. Nobody got back to us. Called over 24 hours later to schedule a showing and was told available times for showings are limited and basically the listing agent is too busy. Don't waste your time with this brokerage, they're too busy to get back to potential clients. Hopefully the market in this crappy country crashes one day and you all go hungry while begging for a sale. Do better.
Rajni is the reason my family and I were able to find our dream home in northern Ontario while planning a move from the Toronto area. When showing our home to her clients, Rajni allowed them to stay well over the time frame of 30mins for a total of an hour and 10 mins. We are a young family with a newborn and toddler and were required to be our of home during this time. We weren't able to return until 940pm. Additionally, she allowed her clients to disrespect our home by lifting wood paneling that was left popped out and various appliances tampered with. We are fortunate that our real estate agent was receptive to our concerns when we brought them forward.
Katherine planned to show me a house I was interested in purchasing. I showed up at our scheduled time and she no showed, as well as no call back or answer to the voicemail I left.
A nice piece of property but the area where the cottage was located is to close to the highway. There are 47 acres of land which would be better suited for country home away from the highway noise.
