Elizabeth cut my hair, she was very kind and did an excellent job. Building was clean and staff was very welcoming I will be back.
Went in to get my haircut and was greatly surprised by how caring the staff was and how clean the facilities were. The haircut was awesome and I really appreciate it!
Update: Jennifer, the salon manager reached out to me based on my review and could not have been any kinder. She was willing to do whatever was needed to make me happy. There isn't much we can do with my hair it just needs to grow, but it is truly rare for a business to reach out to make things right. Jennifer truly went above and beyond and for that reason I changed my rating. I’ve been going to see Jen at Avissa for a while now, and the difference in my hair is honestly incredible. It looks so much healthier, feels stronger, and has a shine and softness I didn’t have before. She really takes the time to understand what your hair needs and gives great advice on how to maintain it between visits.
