I recently leased a property through a realtor (Lisa Bailey) from Avison Young, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The realtor promised us certain things that did not come to fruition, and when we confronted her about it, she was not honest with us. Additionally, we noticed that she was discriminatory towards our realtor because English was not his first language. Raised my rent 3 months after I signed a new 3 year lease. Demanded me to move our 3 trailers off property we have had on property for 2 years just at random.The agent I renewed the lease with said they were fine, but apparently he no longer works with the company. They gave me less than a month to find parking for all trailers before serving me a "thirty day notice to cure" which I am now being charged over $600 for.
