Was put in contact with Patricia to help find a place to lease/purchase. After some searching and negotiating I decided to purchase instead of lease. After letting her know what I was looking for with a budget given, I was then ghosted and never heard from her again. Needless to say I found a different realtor. Very unprofessional.

Update: I’d like to give this company a 5 star review on their commitment to not caring about my community! I’ve been debating this review but upon a trip to my chiropractor at this company’s 2140 mcphillips location in Winnipeg Manitoba I have been thoroughly disgusted. Their property looks like a cross between a garbage dump and a scrap yard. If they have a caretaker on site he/she should be fired. Between derelict cars, auto parts, dangerous conditions from not plowing the parking lot, no where to park, no lighting in the... read more
