In one of the reservations that I made, they canceled mine that had state rates and made their own at the counter by charging me extra…I had to go through the whole customer service process and show them proofs to get my refund…in another reservation once I reached to get the car they said they don’t have any and the person that talks is mean and asks me if I work for customer service…which didn’t make any sense. Management needs to get better and talk some sense into the employees here.
