Family member went to her with concerns of Pica in Jan 2025. She didn't order a CBC and when asked about it - said it wasn't needed since he had one in Dec 2023. 2 months later in March 2025 he was hospitalized with a hemoglobin of 6.7 and recieved 2 units of double packed red blood cells.

Husband has had three back surgeries and is in constant pain. She told him he imagined the pain. She needs a better bedside manner. I will request someone else or wait for different PA.
