My fiancé purchased my ring from Avis on 1st Dibs and it was exactly what we were expecting. We could not have been happier with the product! Gorgeous ring that I get compliments on consistently. The only issue was that within 3 months one of the accent diamonds in my 3 stone ring fell out. It is an emerald center stone so I was very careful with the ring and never expected that any damage would have been from the diamonds. We cannot recommend Avis Diamond enough. Not only are the products absolutely stunning, but the customer service is impeccable. It is such a professional and knowledgeable team with amazing communication skills. We worked with Isaac to create a one of a kind engagement ring. He provided updates along the way. We fell in love with the engagement ring and needed to go back for a matching wedding band! Now, I have a complete set that fits perfectly together. We will 100% be life long customers.

If you are looking for a special piece of jewelry, I couldn’t recommend them higher. I bought my fiancés engagement ring from them and they were so kind and fair. When it needed a repair they fixed it without issue. I bought matching earring to the ring from them, and again it was a great experience. We’ll definitely be getting our wedding rings from them and other items in the future.

I have found Avis to be a marvelous source for one of a kind, quality pieces. I have used them for nearly a decade and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The ring I bought last week is perhaps the most beautiful piece I have ever purchased. The price was an excellent value as well.
