They sold me a damaged car and refused to do anything about it. I found an issue with it right after purchasing and they didn't take any responsibility since it was more than 3 days later. Shout out to Mr Fred Ford. He gave me the space to really look at the vehicles I was interested in there was no secrets in the deal. Everyone is so nice here! I did return the car because I second guessed my financials and attitudes did not change everyone was so nice to me and understood. Great place to buy a vehicle! Can’t beat their prices
Went to support and assist a family member in searching and purchasing a vehicle. I don't recall the salesman name that helped us, but they were nice. It's almost self serve. Which can be a pro or a con depending on you and your situation. Didn't mind it that much and actually a breathe of fresh to an extent, but especially not having a salesperson knocking on you car window before even shutting off your car when first arriving.
