Chrissy, Fred, and TJ were fabulous! Avis is wholesale so the prices already as low as it can go which meant no haggling over price. Suggestions on added warranties and other products were made but there was no pressure to purchase any of these. Chrissy also showed me a much closer location where I could drop off my rental and was kind enough to bring me back to the dealership so that I could pick up my own vehicle and not spend money on an Uber or Lyft. I bought a car from Fred Ford and he was extremely nice and helpful! The process only took 2 hours which was very quick, and everyone else was also very helpful and friendly. I plan to use this car until it completely breaks down, but when I do need another car I’ll definitely keep this place in mind.
