I called to inquire about a couple cars that were listed on the website at the Houston location. On the phone they told me that car was actually in California which is too far away for me so I had to count that vehicle out. They told me the other car I was interested in was in Dallas and I should call them. So I did, just to find out that the car was sold a few days ago. i’ve been to 3 different dealerships over the past few years to buy cars and this one is by far the best dealership I’ve ever been to everyone in there were very nice. The process took a few hours, but it was definitely worth it. The employees in there are amazing. There was a point where Another customer and an employee they actually prayed for me. I was told not to go to Avis, but I’m glad I didn’t listen. This dealership was a blessing for me.
Definitely a no-pressure sale while working with Kevin Emerson! Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, and determined to find my husband and I the perfect SUV for us. UPDATE: the car I bought from Avis was totaled in a wreck. Drove to Avis next day and purchased my second vehicle from them. I’ll purchase my third there as well. Fantastic transaction. Everyone was professional and friendly. The entire experience was so easy and quick I couldn’t believe it. Incredible prices for top notch wholesale vehicles. Would do business again!
