This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a car in over 30 years. The process was simple, the people took great care of me and the car. My mechanic verified that the car had excellent tires, engine, brakes, etc and exceptional price for the car! I strongly recommend them!
Christian was awesome, in record time he helped me find the perfect ride at a price I was comfortable with. I've always had a world-class experience with Avis as a rental service, and I'm very happy with the car I purchased through the Katy branch of Avis car sales. Management was very responsive when I brought an issue to their attention, and they resolved it for me fast and 100% to my satisfaction. Cannot recommend this dealer enough.
I made the mistake of letting the Avis team know this was my first time financing a car, which was taken full advantage of by a team member named Travis. I was coerced into signing a service contract by Travis who lied to me and told me that it was required to secure a significantly lower Apr.
