I purchased a certified 2024 Hyundia Tucson on 10/01/2024. I was told the 599 Appearance protect was included in the list price of 23999. I found out this was an unfair and deceptive violation 93A. I searched BBB website and found the same scam was stated by another customer 4 month earlier that AVIS refunded them. The standard with certified vehicles in they come with 2 keys. Had a great experience working with David and John. After finding the car online and showing up unannounced, I was immediately greeted, shown around, and got to test drive. The listed (non negotiable) price was very fair and there was no attempt to up charge or sell anything extra. Car came extremely clean and with a full tank of gas. Some people are afraid of buying used rental cars, don’t be! This car is 10/10 condition( Most new used cars from carmax/carvana are former rentals anyways).
