I purchased a certified 2024 Hyundia Tucson on 10/01/2024. I was told the 599 Appearance protect was included in the list price of 23999. I found out this was an unfair and deceptive violation 93A. I searched BBB website and found the same scam was stated by another customer 4 month earlier that AVIS refunded them. The standard with certified vehicles in they come with 2 keys.
