I made a reservation an hour before pickup and when I arrived, they didn’t have my vehicle type. Which makes sense - inventory isn’t always updated in real time - but Ram did what he could and even drove me to another location to ensure I could get a vehicle. 10/10 customer service, it’s clear that they’ll work with you when they can.
DO NOT COME HERE. Not only did they not have the car we booked 4 months in advance, but they did not have ANY car available. Incredibly unhelpful
I booked a car here and not only did they not have the car we ordered. They didn’t have any car! Avoid here at all costs. What an absolute joke.
