most unprofessional employees ever. the guy I spoke to over the phone was nasty after I have rented from this location and dropped off at the O'Hare airport. I do have to say when I picked up the car the employees that was checking me out for the rental was good.
Horrible rental place . Had a flat April 29 rental was due the 30. It's and electric so should've had a fix a flat kit in it but didn't . Called to let them know. Told me to get it back to the rental agency if I could but I couldn't . I live in two rivers and the car was at port Washington park n ride.. Called multiple times a day. Called every ten mins between 9 and noon for the first few days then probably 8 times a day after Never answered . Had an agent call me and I told him what happened. I’ve been renting from this location for several years, and they continue to impress me every single time. Their customer service is truly the best I’ve ever experienced — the staff is always friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. What sets this location apart is their reliability — they always have the vehicle category I reserved, something I can’t say for other locations. Outstanding customer service and dependable availability make this my go‑to rental agency.
Dont bother if you're renting for Uber. Its just not worth it.
