I made a reservation, got dropped off by a friend, then was told they had no vehicles available. Why take my reservation then??! This is a very bad practice. Had I of known there were no vehicles available, I would have just went straight to the airport. So I had to spend $30 on an Uber ride home. Very poor service, was told no to a ride home even!! But to even have a standard operating procedure of taking reservations without vehicles is very bad practice
There was a goof up where my pick up and drop off locations got messed up. Tom brought us into the store before it opened and was able to get us on the road in less than 15 minutes; he fixed everything. Thank you so much Tom!
most unprofessional employees ever. the guy I spoke to over the phone was nasty after I have rented from this location and dropped off at the O'Hare airport. I do have to say when I picked up the car the employees that was checking me out for the rental was good.
